Who's it for?
Everyone over the age of 2 years. Use as a massage oil after a particularly stressful day or as an after-bathing, daily, body oil to moisturise dry/dehydrated skin.

How to Use?
As a massage oil:
Warm 30 mls in a small container and apply in sweeping strokes from feet towards pelvis and hips towards the heart paying particular attention to areas of tension ie shoulders, neck, knees, calves, lower back etc.
As a body oil:
Apply 10mls approx. to damp skin after showering using long relaxing strokes and continue massaging until oil is well absorbed
