How to use?
Remove the pillow from its box and gently rub between your palms to release the scent of lavender then lie down and apply over eyes and forehead. In cooler seasons , when warmed in the microwave for 10-15 seconds the pillow gives a soothing, gentle sleep-inducing warmth to the forehead. To ensure the long life of your pillow always store in the freezer in its box in a sealed waterproof bag.
